The 111th Grey Cup will take place at BC Place stadium. The following Game Day Guide is designed to ensure that your experience at BC Place is enjoyable and convenient. Enjoy the game!
All guest entry gates are fully accessible.
A dedicated Accessible Drop-Off and Pick-Up is located at section 147 – at street level on Pacific Boulevard. Vehicles can access this facility for drop-off/pick-up of passengers, however, there is no parking at the drop-off/pick-up facility.
Accessible seating platforms are integrated into the main stadium seating throughout the spectator bowl. One attendant ticket is available for purchase with each ticket purchased on the accessible platform. In order to accommodate groups larger than two, please speak with your ticketing representative, when purchasing your tickets. They will work with you to seat your party as close as possible.
Accessible washrooms for women are located in sections 206,212, 226, 253. Accessible washrooms for men are located in sections 204, 211,218, 224, 230, 237, 244, 251.
BC Place and Centerplate staff work hard to promote safe andresponsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. The venue reserves the right torefuse alcohol service to any guest. All guests who appear under the age of 30will be required to show a valid ID. Guests serving alcohol to minors will besubject to arrest. Beer will be served to a maximum of 24 oz. per person, pertransaction. Any guest who attempts to conceal alcohol on entry, prior to beingsearched by BC Place Security, will be denied entry. Guests who surrenderalcohol to BC Place Security prior to being searched will be permitted toenter. If at any time a guest is deemed to be impaired by alcohol or drugs, theguest will be evicted or denied entry and may be referred to the relevantauthorities.
BC Place welcomes fans and their service animals. Service animals may accompany guests in any areas open to the general public. All other animals are prohibited.
BC Place is a cash-free environment, there will be no ATMs available at BC Place.
A cash-to-card system will be available to accommodate guests who may only have cash and no digital forms of payment. The cash-to-card system allows guests to purchase a gift voucher with a unique QR code that can be used for purchases at all Food & Beverage concessions at BC Place. For cash-to-card conversions, please visit the Cash to Card kiosk on the concourse at Section 235.
BC Place is committed to ensuring all guests have the best experience possible – including people who live with sensory sensitivities such as autism. We are proud to partner with the Pacific Autism Family Network(PAFN) to provide a range of services and specialized resources designed to support guests living with autism – as well as their families – enjoy live events in comfort. In addition to enhanced staff training and awareness programs, BC Place now offers sensory support resources for guests with sensory sensitivities. These resources include:
Sensory Kits – available for guests to borrow from BC Place Guest Services located at section 234. The Sensory Kits are uniquely designed to assist guests who are sensitive to sensory inputs. Each kit contains noise-blocking earphones (for loan), a sensory toy, ID bracelet, sunglasses and an emotions card.
Weighted Blanket – available for guests to borrow from BC Place Guest Services located at section 234. Weighted blankets can act as a calming tool to help guests focus in a busy stadium environment.

Guests will be asked to leave a government issued I.D. as a deposit which will be returned when borrowed items are returned to our Guest Services desk.

BC Place will be providing a safe and secure bag check which will be located outside BC Place at gates C and G. There will be a $10 fee for each bag checked. Bag Check service is available from gate opening time to a half hour after the final whistle. Clutch purses or belt bags no larger than 6.5”x 8.5” are permitted. Clear plastic bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are also permitted. All other bags are not permitted.
Banners and signs must not interfere with the view of other guests. They cannot be of distasteful nature or content, nor can they advertise a logo or product. Signs may not be attached to any surface or obstruct permanent signage.
Safe and secure bicycle parking is provided by The Bicycle Valet, located outside BC Place, at the Gate C. Bike valet service is available from gate opening time to a half hour after the final whistle.
BC Place Stadium is a non-smoking facility and there are no designated smoking areas at BC Place. There are no in and out privileges once inside BC Place except for emergency or medical purposes. Exceptions may be made for guests who show a valid Medical Document Authorizing the use of Cannabis for Medical Purposes under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations from Health Canada.
Smoking of any kind, and the use of alternative smoking devices (electronic or vapor), is not permitted on BC Place property, including the exterior concourses and plazas. Smoking, or the use of alternative smoking devices, on BC Place property will result in eviction from BC Place without refund. Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is prohibited on BC Place property. Consumption of smokeless marijuana is prohibited on BC Place property.
For the safety of everyone at BC Place, guests deemed to be impaired by cannabis may be denied entry or evicted.
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult’s lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must purchase a ticket.

Costumes (including items that may be deemed potentially hazardous to other guests) may be subject to enhanced inspection upon entry.
Empty personal water bottles (with or without lids) up to 1 litre capacity are permitted into the stadium and are subject to inspection at the gate. Glass bottles are not allowed inside the stadium. Permitted bottles can be filled with water at drinking fountains located on the main concourse in sections 204, 211, 218, 225, 231, 238, 245, 252, 305, 310. Bottled water can also be purchased from concessions.

Laptops are prohibited. For ease of access, guests are encouraged not to bring large electronic devices such as tablets to the stadium. Tablets and tablet cases measuring less than 12”x12”x6” are permitted, however, all tablet devices and their cases are subject to inspection prior to entry. Electronic devices may be required to be turned on to demonstrate the device is not compromised, however no personal information or data will be accessed by BC Place. Laptop Bags, Tablet Cases, Briefcases, or Messenger Bags measuring larger than 12’’x12’’x6’’are not permitted.
In the unlikely event of an emergency that would require a stadium evacuation, please remain calm and follow instructions as they are given.
Entering the playing field without proper authorization is a violation of leagues rules. Violators will be subject to eviction and arrest.
To help ensure the safety and security of everyone at BC Place, guests entering the venue will be required to participate in a screening procedure which includes the use of a walkthrough metal detector. Failure to participate in a screening will result in denial of entry.

First Aid Stations are found in sections 132 and 254, and roving first aid attendants are located throughout the concourse on level 2. If you require assistance for any reason, including First Aid, please speak with the BC Place staff member nearest your location.
A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside BC Place. All permanent concession stands accept cash and credit cards. Portable stands accept cash only.

On the day of a game, lost and found items can be returned to or collected from BC Place staff at the Guest Services booth located at section 234. To inquire about lost and found after the game, please call 604-661-7303.
Parents looking for a lost child should report to BC Place staff at the Guest Services booth located at Section 234 on level 2 as soon as possible.
The beloved mascot of the Grey Cup is Justin Beaver. Justin Beaver will be around the stadium and on the concourse throughout the game. Be sure to say hi!
Official Grey Cup merchandise will be available on the concourse inside BC Place Stadium at Level 2 sections 205, 222, 233, 249 and Level 4 sections 420, 435. Merchandise locations throughout the stadium accept debit and credit card. Cash will NOT be accepted.
The central location of BC Place in Downtown Vancouver provides guests with a wide selection of public parking near the stadium. The cost to park in lots closest to the stadium during events ranges from $10.00 to $30.00. There is limited accessible parking, however, there is a dedicated accessible drop-off located at street level on Pacific Boulevard under Gate F for guests using mobility devices.
Phone charging stations are available in sections 202, 209, 222, 233,and 245.
Prohibited Items include any items, either legal or illegal in nature, where possession is restricted from entry into BC Place by Federal, Provincial, or Municipal Law, Regulation, or BC Place Policy
.Prohibited Items are subject to change for different events – please consult the FAQ information for your event. Security measures may be increased for certain events. These measures include, but are not limited to a more thorough search of persons and property.
Guests entering the venue will either be required to surrender any prohibited items to BC Place for disposal, check the item at the bag check (subject to availability), or store the item off the property.

Stroller parking is available at section 229 and 446. BC Place Stadium is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If a stroller parking ticket is lost, proof of identification must be provided in order to claim the stroller. Stroller parking is available from gate opening time to a half hour after the final whistle. If no strollers are dropped off, stroller parking will close at halftime.
A taxi stand is located at the Plaza of Nations on Pacific Boulevard. Guests are asked to cross Pacific Boulevard via the overhead walkway, which can be accessed from the outer concourse near Gate E (near section 241).
A taxi stand is also available at Parq Vancouver at the P1 Departure Lounge, within the hotel complex. Parq Vancouver is best accessed by exiting Gate G from BC Place.

For those travelling by bus, all suburban services connect with Downtown Vancouver’s #15 and #17 buses, which provide the closest drop-off services to BC Place. If travelling by Skytrain, disembark at the Stadium/Chinatown station. Upon exiting the Skytrain, walk up the stairs to Beatty Street and turn left. Gate A, B and H are approximately a five minute walk up Beatty Street. Alternatively, upon exiting the Skytrain head down the stairs to Expo Boulevard and the Stadium is a five minute walk to the right. Fans travelling on the Canada Line should disembark at the Yaletown/Roundhouse station and take a short 10 minute walk to the stadium.
